On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

No values in the "Data Access Set" when I log in with an employee that has a new Role.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see all data access set for a new user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy a role
2. Assign it to a new user
3. Try to access journal screen
4. See new user does not have data access set available

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, new users cannot use journal entry screen
