Employee ID Does Not Exist Error when doing Asset Transfer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to transfer an Asset to a different employee, the following error occurs.
The employee ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX does not exist.
Asset number XXXXXX failed.
