PRC:PO: Bad Response: 504 Gateway Time-out Error While Calling Create PO Web Service

Symptoms
Error is encountered while calling Create PO Web Service from the Oracle SOA Server.
There is no issue for Purchase Orders (PO) having a small number of lines; however when passing a large number
of lines in Purchase Order, Web-Service is presenting an Error.
Due to this issue, users cannot create POs with large number of lines.

0 oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "https:<Instance Name>:443/prcPoEditDocumentOrder/PurchaseOrderServiceV2" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 504 Gateway Time-out from url https://<instance name>/prcPoEditDocumentOrder/PurchaseOrderServiceV2
Steps To Reproduce
1. Execute Create PO Web Service for PO with 200 or more lines.
2. Encounter error.
