How should users track issues in B2B failing to transmit message to OSN and/or OSN unable to transmit message to the Supplier?

The user understands that the message can be viewed from the Console, however with hundreds of PO's flowing through 24x7, the user would like to know more of an automated way of checking things e.g. email alert in case of failure for both OSN and B2B.
