Symptoms

User Defined Attribute used in Approval Rules is not Working in Requisition Approval. 

Steps:

1. Create a User Defined attribute using Cost Center Hierarchy.
2. Create an Approval Rule using the user defined attribute.
3. Create Requisition that meets the approval rule condition defined in Step 2 .
4. Submit for approval rule is not recognized  and requisition status goes to Rejected status.
