Create Document Record approval notification does not contain additional information data

When attempting to add Document of Record and changes, edits are made. Those edits aren't seen by the approving manager.
the following error occurs.

The approving manager should see the changes, edits before approving the document of record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator -> My Team -> Document of Records -> Create -> Add additional information ->

- Additional information contents are not seen in the approval notification that is sent to manager.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the updated approval for document of record
