Symptoms

The rollup credits is not working as expected so user ran Deploy Credit Rules and it completed with Warning message.

 

MESSAGE

ORA-20909: Request 16938 exited with WARNING: : No rules to process

 

STEPS

1. System Parameters
    Enable Classification = Yes, after crediting and rollup
    Enable Crediting = No
    Enable Rollup = Yes , using Rollup Hierarchy

2. Navigator > Participant Assignments > Deploy Credit Rules
