Item Structure Import Completes With Error: The value of the attribute Item Number/Organization is not valid (Doc ID 2222324.1)

Symptoms

Executing Item Structure import completes with error:

Import completed with error or warning. Import errors or warnings are.

Primary, ASSEMBLY_ITEM_NUMBER - The value of the attribute Item Number/Organization is not valid.
Primary, ASSEMBLY_ITEM_NUMBER - The value of the attribute Item Number/Organization is not valid.
YYYY(XXX): YYYY(XXX), ITEM_NUMBER - The specified item does not exist.

* YYYY = Item Number

* XXX = Item Organization


The issue can be reproduced by executing the following steps:
1. Populate ItemStructureImportTemplate.xlsm with required data -> Generate CSV and ZIP files.
2. From the Navigator Select the task - File Import and Export
3. Select - Actions -> Upload
4. Browse and select the Template .zip file to be uploaded
5. Select the account - scm/Item/import
6. Save and Close to upload the file
7. From the Navigator select Scheduled Processes
8. Select Schedule New Process -> in the Name drop down box select Search -> Search for Load Interface File for Import
9. Monitor the Process -> when completed Successfully select Schedule New Process -> in the Name drop down box select Search -> Search for Item Import
10. Populate Item Import fields to match your desired Import Details then click Submit.

** Note - Ensure the following parameters are tested in the UI before following solution below:
1. Verify all Items are active in the organization.
2. Verify that the structure can be manually created for items with same attribute values.
