Symptoms
When attempting to view Journal Entries, the following error occurs.
ERROR

There are events which could not be processed because no data could be found in transaction objects.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for Receipt Accounting Distribution
2. Click Journal Entries table
3. Get error
