Cannot Upload Lookup Codes With Error In the Diagnostic Logs (Doc ID 2223685.1)

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Cannot Upload Lookup Codes

Following the instructions of document Doc ID 2215378.1, the use is trying to upload a custom Lookup Type and its Lookup Codes.

The LookupType has been imported successfully, however, for the LookupCodes the user gets an error.

ERROR: Mandatory columns missing : [Meaning, LookupCode, LookupType]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload files to the UCM server via the File Import and Export UI.
-In the Tools section of the Navigator, click the File Import and Export link.
-File Import and Export
-Click the Upload icon in the Search Results section of the page.
-Select ‘setup/functionalSetupManger/import’ from the Account drop-down list, and then browse to and select both your import file.
-Click Save and Close.

-Use the uploaded file to import the data for the lookup.
-Go to Setup and Maintenance and search for the Manage Standard Lookups task or the Manage Common Lookups task. Click Go To Task.
-Select Import from the Actions menu in the Search Results section of the page.
-In Import Lookups popup, select the Account where you imported the files (setup/functionalSetupManger/import).
-Give the full name of the file (or files) to be imported, including the .csv extension. (For example, LookUpType_xxx.csv and LookUpTypeCode_xxx.csv.)
-Click upload.
-You can view the progress of the process.
-You will be able to download the process log file when the process has completed.
-Verify the error in the log files
