Territory Re -Assignment Issue When No Matching Territory Exist (Doc ID 2225383.1)

Symptoms

The following error is displayed: "Error Territories were not assigned to sales account {SALES_ACCOUNT_ID}." when running the territory assignment in the below case: 

1. The requirement is to run the territory assignment only for the Named Accounts.
2. All the territories are created with Account type = Named. There are no territories for Not Named Account.
2. To test the assignment is working as expected in all the cases, the customer created an Account and marked the Account as Named Account
3. Ran the territory assignment and it assigned the Territories based on geographies - the assignment is working fine.
4. After that the customer marked that Account as Not Named to check whether the previously assigned territory is removed or not.
5. It was observed that the assignment does not remove the previous territories but throws the below error:
Error : Territories were not assigned to sales account {SALES_ACCOUNT_ID}
