Unable to submit requisitions for specific users
Unable to submit requisitions for specific users because the system times out and gives an error.
A connection to the server has failed. (status = 504)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition, fill in information (item description, item category, price, UOM and all required fields)
2. Add to requisition, and click on manage approval button or submit button
3. Observe the cursor keeps spinning until the system gives the time out error.
