Unable To Import Captured Information DFFs for Journals Using FBDI

Symptoms
When trying to import captured information DFFs data using FBDI , the journals are imported but not the DFF data,
Journals are loaded from FBDI template and populated some information related to captured information DFFs and its context. But its not showing up in the Manage Journals page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a context sensitive DFF with segments for Journal lines DFF
2. Populate the Journal line data with DFF information in FBDI
3.Load the file and import the Journal data
