Symptoms

When attempting to create a time card for an employee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Initialize time card field. Unknown error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Time Management.
2. Look up the employee.
3. Attempt to create a time card and get error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete implementation for Go-Live.
