Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Payroll Register Report ran on 17.01.2017 displays 0 in the field Total Hours and no rows for Regular Earnings in Hours group from Balance Categories Summary. Same report ran in December displays values in the field Total Hours an Regular Earnings from Balance Categories Summary

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payroll Register Report must display the same values ‚Äč‚Äčregardless of the date on which it is run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Payroll Checklist– Submit a Process or Report
2.Select GB and Run Payroll Register Report
3.Click Next and fill values in the fields
4.Payroll Flow =
5.Scope =
6.Process Start Date =
7.Process End Date =
8.Payroll =
9.Leave rest blank
10.Click Submit
11.Click OK and View checklist
12.Once green ticks, click on Go To Task
13.Processes and Reports tab, click on glasses then the pdf link
