Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Create Requisition

Actual Behavior:
Disable auto population on Requisition - Requested delivery date field

Expected Behavior:
Customer would like to Disable auto population on Requisition - Requested delivery date field


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications as Requester
2. Create Catalog / Non-Catalog Requisition

3. Requested Delivery Date is defaulted to 7 Days from Sysdate.

Cannot use Null in the Profile Option

Login into Fusion Applications
Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
Search for Task Manage Administrative Profiles
Search for the Profile - POR: Requested Delivery Date Offset
Set the profile value to Null - It does not work
