Symptoms
Requisitions do not generate a Purchase Order (PO).
With checkbox 'Create orders immediately after requisition import' checked, only the Requisitions (B2B and Drop shipment) were created and appear
in Process Requisitions area and, but POs were not generated, so Buyers do not get notified.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create Requisitions from B2B and Drop Shipment orders.
2. Purchase Order is not generated.
