Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Purchase Orders

Cancel PO does not work
When we cancel an open(approved) PO then It is sent to a system user named "Application development framework application identify". but nothing happens


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO
2. Submit for approval
3. PO got approved
4. Trying to cancel but was not successful.
