Participant Currency Change Gives Error (Doc ID 2236083.1)

Unable to change participant currency under the following conditions:
1) The Processing Currency is set as 'Functional Currency' in Manage
(2) The Participant is assigned a Comp Plan from 1/1/16 - 31/12/16
(3) The participant is transferred from US to Canada in Aug
(4) The participant needs to have the same Comp Plan
(5) The Participant Details should have currency USD till 31/7/16
  and CAD from 1/8/16.
(6) However, this is not allowed since the Participant is assigned to
  the CP.
(7) Since the processing currency is Functional Currency, this validation
  should be lifted and the same assignment can be used.
