Symptoms
The below error is received when processing the file event for employee:
An error occurred in the eligibility engine. Contact your benefits administrator for a review of the audit log and trace files. (BEN-990099)
The eligibility evaluation process could not retrieve the eligibility record. Try backing out the life event and reprocessing
The eligibility evaluation process could not retrieve the eligibility record. Try backing out the life event and reprocessing
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Life event for employee
2. Error is thrown
3. Back out the life event
4. Reprocess the life event
5. Error is still thrown
