Symptoms

Error when trying to view transactions in Excel.


ERROR
A connection to the server has failed (status = 504)

STEPS
Navigator > Credits and Earnings> Manage Transactions
1. Filter on date range ( 1/1/16 - 31/1/16)
2. See results
3. Click on icon to export out to Excel and get error message.
