Symptoms

On 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales team members with Access-View Only for a Contact is not allowed to edit that particular contact in OSC.
Whereas the same person can edit the contact in Outlook.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales team members of a contact should be able to edit that particular contact in OSC.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Sales Cloud for Outlook;
2. Go to Contacts logged as the user and Sales Representative;
3. Both owners can edit the contact in Oulook, but not in SUI.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can edit contact in Outlook when they have Access-View Only
