Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Item Specifications

When attempting to update Sales Account Information under Item Specification, The field is disabled for updates
Need to update Sales Account Information under Item specifications

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Fusion applications, Under Navigator ,select 'Product Information Management' below 'Product Management'
2. Under Task list, select 'Manage Items' Task. Search for the Item
3. Open Item, Under specification. select option 'Sales and Order Management'
4. 'Sales Account' field is disabled
