Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Punchout Link is not appearing for Staples under Browse Catalog section

Expected Behavior
Expect to see the Punchout link

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications.
2. Complete Punchout Setup
3. Content Zone Setup
4. Login as User into Procurement
5. Cannot find Punchout link
