A Punchout Link for a certain Supplier is not appearing under the Browse Catalog section.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Complete Punchout Setup
3. Complete Content Zone Setup
4. Go to Procurement
5. Cannot find the Punchout link for a certain Supplier
