Fusion Global Payroll: Need to Show IQAMA Number if Civil ID Does Not Exist in Payslip (Doc ID 2239856.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 23, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll - Version 11.1.11.1.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.05.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The payslip that is generated by system has CIVIL ID section which is the civil identity number of employees. But for expat employees, CIVIL ID is not there. Instead of that there is IQAMA number as national identifier.

Both IQAMA number and CIVIL ID are available in archived data. The issue is an employee can only have one number at a time from these 2. So for those employees for whom we have IQAMA, need to show IQAMA number on payslip and vice versa.
