ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Absence Start date validation is not working.

The requirement is to restrict the users to avail the leave for the past dates and for that configured a validation rule, but is not working as needed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Absence Start Date Validation should work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Absence Administration
2. Manage Absence Types -> search for the absence
3. Display Features
4. Dates& Duration
5. Absence start date validation
