Symptoms

Purchasing Requisition page/UI

Unable to open the Purchase requisition page/UI. An error message is displayed:

Error:
You do not have access to any business units configured for requisitioning. (POR-2010674)


Steps to Reproduce the issue:


1. Login as a Requester.

2. Navigate to  Purchasing and then to Purchase Requisition
