Does Document Total Amount Attribute include Tax Amount ?
1. Create 2 approval rules with Condition based on Attribute Document Total Amount:
Rule 1, condition = Document Total Amount less than 1000, requires approval of user A
Rule 2, condition = Document Total Amount greater than 1000, requires approval of user B
2. Enter a purchase order with Order Amount = 900.00 and Tax Amount = 200.00. Total = 1100.00
3. Go to Manage Approvals. Notice that Rule 1 is triggered/user A retrieved. The system is considering Order Amount = 900, not Order Total = 1000.
