Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Project Contracts-Manage Project Contract Billing
When users update the rate for a labor resource this rate change is not considered in the Contract Invoice Line description when the user presses actions -> Recalculate Invoice Details.
However, the description does update correctly if the user creates another invoice.
