Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After refreshing Environment, Purchase Orders are not sent to OSN using B2B

Expected Behavior
Expect to see the Purchase orders are sent to OSN

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Environment is refreshed
2. Login into Fusion Purchasing
3. Create Purchase Order using supplier has B2B Communication set
4. Notice PO is not sent to OSN
