Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User goes to "Set Preferences" > "Calendar and Appointment Preferences"
User checks or unchecks "Email" checkboxes
User saves.
User leaves page and returns, and boxes have reverted to previous state.
User logs out and back in.
User goes to "Set Preferences" > "Calendar and Appointment Preferences"
Checkboxes are correctly checked or unchecked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User goes to "Set Preferences" > "Calendar and Appointment Preferences"
User checks or unchecks "Email" checkboxes
User saves.
User leaves page and returns, and boxes have not reverted.
All is correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User goes to "Set Preferences" > "Calendar and Appointment Preferences"
2. User checks or unchecks "Email" checkboxes
3. User saves.
4. User leaves page and returns, and boxes have reverted to previous state.
5. User logs out and back in.
6. User goes to "Set Preferences" > "Calendar and Appointment Preferences"
7. Checkboxes are correctly checked or unchecked.
