Incident Logs Are Not Generated in On-Premise Environment (Doc ID 2243043.1)

Symptoms

Incident Logs are not generated . The Log folder remains empty .This issue, is happening for any type of error that an incident error should  be created for. In simple,The  functionality of creating incident errors, of any kind stops working .

Error seen in the Enterprise Scheduler  server logs :

 

Changes

 The Incident Logs stopped generating after a patch  upgrade .
