Global transfer: Probation End date is calculated based on assignment change and not from Hire date (Doc ID 2243147.1)

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources

The Probation date is set to 6 months from the hire date for a few employees. But, before the Probation Date ends, the employee has a inter-company transfer. The probation date now automatically changes to 6 months from the assignment change date which is incorrect. The probation date should be 6 months from the hire date and not 6 months from the assignment change date.

Due to this issue, employee ends up being on probation for a total of 8 months instead of 6 months as originally set in the hire record.
