PO Line/Schedule Attachment Is Not Showing In Receiving Window (Doc ID 2243266.1)

Symptoms

Requester is unable to view line and schedule attachments on view purchase order

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition
2. Process the requisition
3. Add attachments to the purchase order line/schedule (added attachments and
associated them to each one of the categories available)
4. Save, Submit the order for approval
5. Go to Shop page and click on the purchase order number link to exit to
Purchase Order page. Notice that an attachment icon is not available.
6. Go to My Receipts page and click on the purchase order number link to exit
to the Purchase Order page. Notice that an attachment icon is not available.
