Is it possible to cover a requirement about depreciation journal entries?

The use case is the following: For each month must be created a journal that cover YTD depreciation amount roll backed.

Following an example to better explain:
   Calendar Period Monthly.
   Depreciation Calculated at 31-JAN= 1000
   Rollback of depreciation: 1-feb
   Depreciation journal 28-feb: 2000
   Rollback of depreciation 1-march
   Depreciation journal 31-march
   1 April
   Rollback of depreciation
   And so on

The goal of depreciation rollback is to have a YTD depreciation journal for each period.
The reason is that there are situations when someone registers depreciation journals only at the end of year but for Corporate reporting can be asked to have the depreciation a quarterly depreciation YTD.
