On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Purchase Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
End Dated Expenditure Type is not visible in View PO screen

Unable to see the expenditure type on POs created before the Expenditure type End Date.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
be able to see the expenditure type at any time on a PO, even though it has been end dated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, create PO with Project details and submit for approval
2. after some time (months) end date the Expenditure type
3. Check the PO project details and notice that Expenditure type is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view expenditure type details.
