Symptoms

Error encountered when employee is changed from Contingent worker to Employee

You must designate one of the secondary work relationships as primary before terminating the primary work relationship (PER 1531252)


STEPS:

1. Navigator>> Manage employment>> Search for the employee that needs to be terminated.
2. Find an employee who has two rows, one as Employee and Contingent Worker
3. Select Continent worker record to terminate and navigated to manage work relationship
4. Using Action and Terminate employee
5. Error message displayed
