Able To Create Opportunities Against Inactive Accounts

On : version, Opportunities

We are able to Create Opportunities against accounts which have an INACTIVE status.
We are also able to find the inactive account in the Account search field when creating the opportunity record.

Users should not be able to find Inactivated accounts in searches nor associate them to Opportunity records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Account record.
2. Edit the account - change the Status value to INACTIVE and SAVE.
3. Create an Opportunity record - search for the account which was just inactivated and it is found and can be associated with the Opportunity record.
