All The Payroll Flow Ends With Error - ORA-56720: I/O Data Limit Exceeded - Call Aborted (Doc ID 2247352.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to load payroll relationship files, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-56720: I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepared .dat file, uploaded in File Import and Export.
2. Took the UCM contentID, and gave it in 'Load Batch from File'.
3. Upload batch goes to success, Load batch errors with ORA-56720: I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot load payroll relationship files.
