Oracle Fusion Global HR: Enterprise Hire Date Is Incorrect In The Data HCM Extract (Doc ID 2248474.1)

When running an HCM extract, the extract file is pulling the pending worker start date, not the employee hire date.

The date should reflect correctly for the Enterprise Hire Date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup HCM extract
2. Run extract file
3. See that the Enterprise Hire Date does not match in the system currently.
