Getting Errors When Creating Accounting For 'Cost Adjustments' (Doc ID 2249536.1)

When attempting to run Create Accounting  - Cost Management
The following error show in the Create Accounting Execution Report.


Subledger Accounting was unable to retrieve a value for the accounting flexfield account rule.
 Cause: GL account cannot be derived by account rule.
 Action: Review the account rule definition and the extract source values, if applicable, for the event and make sure a valid GL account can be derived for the
subledger journal entry.

Subledger Accounting was unable to locate a match in the mapping set XYZ Inventory Valuation - Organization for the input value.
 Cause: The input source values do not match any output value defined in the mapping set {MAPPING_SET}.
 Action: You must define a default output for the mapping set {MAPPING_SET} or specify mappings for all possible input values.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run Create Accounting Job for Cost Management
2. Review the Create Accounting Execution Report.
3. Notice the above Error.
