Zero Amount Contracts Not Getting Approved. (Doc ID 2249698.1)

On : version, Contract Authoring

We have set up auto approval for three types of contracts.
Contract with amount greater than 0 (0.01 onwards) are getting auto approved as per set up.
But when we create contract with 0 amount it is not getting auto approved. Status of contract remains pending for approval. and it stuck there only.

Initially we had not placed any condition on contract amount as we wanted all the contracts with provided contract types to be auto approved. but zero amount contracts stuck in pending for approval so we added the condition on contract amount in the approval set up and created two separate rules one foe zero amount contracts and another for non zero amount contracts ..still zero amount contracts not getting auto approved.

The contracts that are with amount 0 to be auto approved as well.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Contracts
2. Create a contract with 0 amount>Sending to approval
3. Remains is Pending for approval.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the contracts are not auto approved when the amount is 0.
