Charge Account Disappears On PO After Rebuild Account For Accrual And Variance Account

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After creating a Purchase Order (PO) from a Requisition, the Accrual and Variance Account not generated.
If users edit the PO and click in the Rebuild Accounts, the Accrual Account and Variance Account are
generated, but the Charge account disappears.
Due to this issue, correct charge accounts not generated on the PO.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create PO from a Requisition.
2. Observe the Accrual and Variance Account not generated.
3. Edit the PO.
4. Click Rebuild Accounts, the Accrual and Variance account generated.
5. Observe that Charge account disappears.
