On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Emails not reaching specific email address

I have workflows emails that trigger based on specific conditions. I have couple of them and this sent outs an email to the client mailbox. When the workflows trigger the email notifications are going to other email addresses but not to the client mailbox.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

E-mails suppose to go TEST@XYZ.org

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up e-mail workflows
2. Added few e-mails like client e-mail and few personal e-mails
3. when the trigger triggers e-mail notifications going to personal e-mails but not client e-mail
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see notifications at client level.
