Fusion Global Payroll : Unable to Copy Seeded Flow Pattern Completely (Doc ID 2251793.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to copy seeded flow for example "Load Batch from File" flow, after copy and save no tasks are listed in copied flow.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll Checklist
2. Manage Payroll Flow Pattern
3. Copy button
4. Add new Flow name, Seeded flow pattern name (Load batch from file) and LDG
5. After saving, new flow pattern can be searched but, no details are present
