When User Clicks Save on Contact an Error is Raised: “Another User Has Changed The Row With Primary Key Oracle Jbo.Key”

When a user does the following steps in the production
- Open an existing account (this account had no contact)
- Click on the tab “Contacts”
- Click “Add Contacts”
- Click “Create Contact”
- Fill the required fields (First Name, Last Name)
- Click “Save and Close”
In this step, an error is thrown - Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle jbo.Key [*********5150] / [**********5202]
This happens occasionally, not every time she does the steps bellow
Duu to this error sometimes when the user that follows the steps cannot create a Contact related to the Account as an error is thrown
