Unable To Edit Supplier Site After Upgrading To R12

When trying to edit supplier site  after the  upgrade to  R12, the following error occurs:

ADF_FACES-60097 For more information please see the server's error log .. exception during PPR#7

or  An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open supplier
2. try to edit supplier site


 Upgrade to Rel12
