Quick pay for an employee who has 2 assignments that have different rates of pay fails with error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee has entered time in the time card for each assignment on different dates.
2. Approved time card.
3. Loaded time into payroll.
4. Run quick pay receive several errors on quick pay
