Excel Hang Immediately After Running Add-in SmartView Functoin "Ad Hoc Analysis" (Doc ID 2255090.1)

Goal

User installed the 64-bit version (downloaded in http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/epm/downloads/smart-view-1112x-1594693.html) for the MS Excel add-in SmartView.

After installation, every time user launched the Excel, an error message popped up.

Then in the SmartView interface, every time after user connected to my Oracle cloud and started "Ad hoc analysis",  Excel hanged immediately and restarted.

Users cannot use SmartView at all, and the use of Excel is now severely negatively impacted.
