Soap Fault From Server Error When Viewing PO PDF


The pdf report is erroring out with Trigger error message for only one PO. When we disable trigger (PO_BIP_HELPER.SET_LANGUAGE_BEFORE_DATA) the report works

ERROR

 "Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [Procurement/Purchasing/PurchaseOrderReport.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.XDOException: Trigger return with status false. stopped processing"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced for a Specific Purchase Order with the following steps:
1. Open the Purchase Order 
2. View the PDF
3. Receive Error.
